You may pay for your order using Credit or Debit Card securely via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account.
All transactions are processed in £ Sterling. We are confident that the security measures put in place to ensure your card number is encrypted allow you total confidence to buy without risk.
Payment may also be made by cheque or by BACS after you have been invoiced.
Please make cheques payable to "Adventure Togs Ltd" and in UK Pounds only and ensure that you allow extra time for delivery when using this method to allow time for the cheque to clear before your order is dispatched.

For schools and groups placing a purchase order, please email your order details to email@example.com, or you can phone us on 01639 689183. An account will be set up on receipt of your order.
We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £35.
UK: Standard Delivery = £3.99
Orders are sent either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or Courier Service. We reserve the right to use either service.
UK: 1-2 Working Day Express Delivery = £7.99
Please note - If this service is not available for a particular item, it will be identified in the product description. Our “1-2 Working Day Express Delivery” does not include weekends and Bank Holidays.
You may state an alternative delivery address at the time of ordering. A signature will be required upon receipt of goods.
Out of stock items will be listed as such on our website. However, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock due to high demand, we will email you as soon as we can and give you an approximate delivery date or offer a refund.
Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery = £6.99
Rest of Europe Standard Delivery = £8.99
We regret that we do not ship outside of Europe.

We aim to deliver your order as one complete package. However it may be necessary to send certain items separately if they are held at separate warehouses. We also use Amazon fulfilment for certain lines.
Returns & Replacements
We provide a “no hassle” 14 day returns policy. If for example, an item doesn't fit, or if you decide you just don't like it, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
Items are returned at your own expense and must arrive in perfect and unused condition in original packaging (including any clear plastic bags) and with labels intact.
If an item is received as damaged or faulty, we will replace immediately. If you perceive your item to be faulty after it has been used, you may return the item to us for inspection. If we agree that it is faulty, we will refund your postage costs and replace your faulty item. Each return will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment card on receipt of a copy of the original sales receipt.
We have the right to refuse refunds for the failure to meet the above criteria.
We take every care to ensure your order is carefully picked, packed and checked prior to despatch. However if there is a fault with any items you ordered, or you have received the wrong item, then we will do our best to put things right as quickly as possible. If you have received the wrong item or faulty goods, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a returns form and/or arrange re-delivery of your order.
Orders can be viewed and tracked by logging into your account. By creating an account with our store, you will also be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, and more.
Information is collected through the online ordering process or though other correspondence e.g. email.
The information gathered allows us to process your order. However, from time to time we may email you a newsletter to keep you up to date with any new services, products or special offers.
